Do I need to prepay in order to use VinCall?
Yes, VinCall is a prepaid service. You decide how much you want to talk, and pay in advance. Once your minutes are used up, you will need to add minutes to your account either online (www.vincall.com) or by calling our Customer Care center, 1-800-980-5172. We can also automatically recharge your account (if you choose the Auto Recharge option) at a amount you pre-determine.
