No, you should ping using only one of the 2 options. Do not ping with both. If you are going to ping with RSS to Blog turn off pingin in WordPress. In your wordpress dashboard, click on “options” and then click on the “writing” tab. At the bottom of the screen, in the “update services” section, you can paste whatever ping services you have.
