However, you are allowed to use the service for a 90 day evaluation period before you are required to purchase a license agreement. There are some additional restrictions for using the Service for Non-Commercial use and within the 90 day evaluation period; these restrictions are outlined within the official “Microsoft Virtual Earth Platform API Terms of Use.
