It is fact that there is no charged on duty by the sellers. wherever you are, your government will impose the duty charge because duty measure as the tax. you can take anything from any place such as canada, australia, US etc. Australia is the great place for doing this that you want..this is the great deal when you are purchasing Laptops in Australia  It doesn’t matter what you purchase from there..off course you can do that from australia. In australia some items related to the computer or laptops is considered as no duty tax rate..

Sellers don’t charge duty. The customs service charges duty. Duty is a tax imposed by your government on imported goods. The courier company who delivers to you will usually charge you for the duty, because they pay customs right away as soon as the package arrives. This is called “fronting” the duty, which they will usually do for you. Sometimes, if they don’t know you, they will contact you and ask for payment upfront. For a small item like RAM, they will probably front you the duty. Important to note, though, NOT ALL items have the same duty rate. Some items are considered duty-free, and you would not pay duty, maybe only VAT or General Sales Tax. Good luck.
