Do i need to notify the passport service as i have recently changed my address?
If you’re talking about a UK passport, then your address isn’t officially recorded anywhere on it anyway. If you wrote your address in the “emergencies” contacts section on the inside of the back cover, simply cross it out and write your new address. If you lose your passport and have to contact the passport office for a replacement, you’ll be telling them your current address at that time.
