Do i need to make my ps3 themes on my computer or my ps3?
You can download themes and download the theme creator here: http://www.ps3-themes.com/ps3-theme-builder Also if you’re having trouble putting it onto your PC, try this: http://www.redkawa.com/fileserver/ You can upload themes, on your own server, then go onto your web browser on the PS3, type in address given by Red Kawa, this will be your address were all your files are, click your theme, then you should beable to get into onto your PS3, this worked for me, thanks.
