The Contest is open to account-holders of www.ourstage.com, who are legal U.S. residents. One artist or band member must reside in the Time Warner Cable New York City service area as of August 1, 2008. Entrants must be thirteen (13) years of age or older at the time of entry, have Internet access and be available to perform at the Event.
