Do I need to liase with local authorities during the work being carried out?
No, not necessarily We do all that for you. We consult with your local Building Control Officers, make arrangements for any necessary on-site visits and arrange for all relevant completion certificates to be issued once the job is finished. You do not have to get involved at all, other than making the choice of what type of building work you require.
