Do I need to let Rootes Reception know when I am arriving?

You do not need to inform us of your arrival time unless you are arriving outside of the opening hours for Rootes Reception. Opening hours will be 7am until 11pm seven days a week during the vacation. During term-time opening hours will be 8am until 8pm Monday – Friday and 10am – 6pm on a Saturday and Sunday. We would ask that, if at all possible, you arrive between the hours of 9am and 5pm when there will be the highest number of staff to assist you.
