Do I need to know if my recipient is a CipherSend member?
No. All you need to do is enter the recipient’s email address and CipherSend will check with our server to determine if that individual is a CipherSend member. If the recipient is a member, the message will be encrypted with his or her own login information. If the recipient is not a member, he or she will need to know the password you used to send the file.
