You do not need to be a swimmer to do Peyow® Aqua Pilates. We use buoyancy and floatation devices in the workout. For those who cannot swim, no deep water exercises are advised. It is advisable to make sure to use a pool that has a lifeguard on duty and NOT to swim or exercise in a pool alone.
