Do I need to know how many golfers are in a tournament before setting the Tournaments “Parameters” (i.e. number of 2,3,4,5, or 6somes) that will participate in the tournament?
No. After you have signed up golfers for a tournament, you can always go back to the Tournament Parameters and specify/change how many 2,3,4,5, or 6somes will play. Example: You think 100 players will participate in the upcoming tournament, so you specify 25 (4-somes) in tournament parameters. You go to the Sign Up Players sheet and “signup” golfers and find you have 104 golfers that want to play. To change tournament parameters, simply click the Tournament Parameters tab and specify that 26 (4-somes) will play.
