No. Our services do not require any special programs. The @321.net email address has 2 potential modes: forwarding-only, where mail is not stored on our servers (rather it is forwarded to your local email account), or with mail storage, where mail is stored on our servers. In BOTH modes, you can continue to use the same email program you’re already accustomed to (for example, Outlook, Eudora, Netscape…). This also is true for using the SMTP service, for example.
