You should include transcripts for ALL undergraduate and graduate level coursework you have taken. Transfer credits are accepted without providing a transcript from the originating school ONLY IF the school name, course name/s, credit hours, and grade/s of the transferred courses are shown on a subsequent transcript of the school that accepted the transfer, and which will be included with your materials.
