In order to view your video in HD, you’ll need a Shutterfly Video Premium account. Once you’ve upgraded your account, you’ll automatically be able to play back videos that were shot in HD. Click “View this video in HD” on the video details page in My Pictures or on your Share site to encode the video for High Definition playback.
