Do I need to gain permission for distribution of the DVD to children who attend SRE (Scripture) classes?
* This is not necessary for children in SRE classes as parental permission has been previously given for children to receive Christian materials as part of the class. * If you would like to give the DVD to all children in the school who attend Protestant scripture, it may be advisable to talk to the appropriate personnel representing those denominations. * You might also want to talk with other (non-Protestant) Christian denominations who teach SRE (eg Roman Catholic and Greek Orthodox). They may well be interested in their children taking part.
