No. Just click on the UBILL Advance link at www.nridgeville.org and you can pay using your Visa, MasterCard or checking account by selecting the “Pay Now” option as a one time payment. If you do decide to enroll, you can receive, view and pay your bills and also set up payment preferences to handle all of your North Ridgeville utility bill needs every month.
