Yes. If you fit the Settlement Class description in Question 6 above, you are a Settlement Class Member even if you didnt get a Notice in the mail on yellow paper. That means you have all the legal rights and choices described in the Notice, and must exercise them in the time allowed. It also means that unless you exclude yourself (see Question 15(C) below), you will be bound by the Settlements and will have the opportunity later to file a claim for a payment if the Court finally approves the Settlements. However, we wont be able to notify you about the claims process and send you a claim form unless you contact the Claims Administrator immediately.
