A. Yes, if you are participating in one of the dental plans you will need to designate a PDO for yourself and each of your covered dependents (if any). If you do not have a PDO, you can put 608061 (University Dental Health Services) or 154327 (University of Pittsburgh Dental School) in the PDO code box.
