Do I need to cover the TrackHats built-in reflector?
Reply : It is not mandatory to cover the reflective area on the hat. The system is designed to pick out the 3 dots on the Vector clip and track them. Some people have found that covering the dot helps. At extreme head angles one of the Vector Clip’s reflectors may appear to have the exact same surface area as the Hat’s built in reflector, which can cause a split second jump. But this is very rare.
