Do I need to correct data on the copy of the CRF in the patients binder when I have been notified of an “Obvious Correction” which has been made by staff at the RDAR Central Trials Office?

No, the original CRF is corrected by staff at the RADAR Central Trials Office. Therefore, there is no need for changes/corrections to be made to copies of CRFs. A monthly report will be faxed to your office on the first Monday of each month (if Obvious Corrections have been made). Please file a copy of this report in each relevant RADAR patient?s binder as documentation that corrections have been made to the original CRFs.
