Nope, you don’t need to contact your billers if you use this service. When you submit the request to receive eBills by clicking on the icon, the biller is automatically contacted as part of the set up process. When the eBill arrives, we send each of your payments with your biller account information so the billers are able to credit your payment to the appropriate account.
