No. The A.U. Financial Aid office has created one on-line form to complete if you wish to apply for a student loan for courses in the MAHG program. In addition, you are required to complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) form. The FAFSA must be completed and submitted to the federal processor by any students who wish to receive federal student loans. The priority date for submission of the FAFSA is April 15 for graduate students to receive aid for the following academic year. Use the AU Title IV code 003012 to have your Student Aid Report sent electronically to Ashland University.You do not need to complete any other Ashland University forms.
