A. Please check with your Human Resources department regarding your plan requirements. If your plan does require spousal consent and your marital status changes at any time while you have an Access Control Advantage account, please contact your plan administrator. As required by law, a spousal consent reminder letter will be sent every 180 days to verify that your spouse continues to consent to the use of your plan account as security for your Access Control Advantage loan.
