Do I need to change/update my ACH/electronic payment or how can I set up ACH through Nationstar?
If you currently have your payments automatically withdrawn from your financial institution, this service will be transferred to Nationstar Mortgage. If the service is not transferable, you will receive a letter providing further direction. If you would like to sign up for our ACH (Automatic Clearing House) program, you can visit our website at www.NationstarMtg.com to retrieve the authorization form via the “MAKE A PAYMENT” button. You must complete and return the ACH authorization form with a copy of a voided check. You can also call us at 1-888-480-2432 to set this up. Please continue to remit your payments by check/money order until you are notified that your automatic draft process is complete.
