Ayurveda understand that dis-ease is something we create, and it can be “unsolved” the same way it was created. Ayurveda doesn’t see dis-ease but imbalances and they must be corrected with diet, meditation, exercise and certain minor changes. Normally the changes in the diet depend on the severity of what is being treated. Ayurveda is a Mind-Body Science and this relationship needs to be treated as well in order to correct imbalances. The good thing is that most of the new habits are just that, habits, easy life changes that will invariably make you feel better.
