To configure your 2WIRE 1800HG / 2700HGV-2 modem, please go to http://192.168.1.254/mdc via your Internet browser. Login with “2wire” (case-sensitive) as the password and select “Submit”. At the left menu bar, select “Configure Services” to locate the “SIP Application Layer Gateway” option and ensure that the checkbox is not checked.
