If you are keeping your existing number, you don’t need to do a thing. Florida Cable’s MiPhone will handle everything for you so that your transition to our service will be smooth and simple. When you keep your number, we will contact your current provider and coordinate the transfer of your service so there will not be any service interruption. However, if you take a new number with MiPhone, you will need to contact your old provider to cancel phone service with them. We recommend that you wait to cancel service with your old provider until after your MiPhone service has been installed to prevent any interruption of service.
