It depends on your existing infrastructure; if you want to scan and send the work then you need to buy a Scanner and the Scanning Software. If you want Cybelink offshore team to work on your files independently, then based on the type of accounting software you use, you may have to buy an additional license for that software. You can use open source software (which are free) to securely send your scanned documents to Cybelink offshore location and receive the finished work back from Cybelink offshore location.
