Do I need to buy an Xbox 360 Wireless Network Adapter?
There are a few ways you can do this. You can get a wireless router and wireless network interface card, but this can be expensive. You could also hook up a modem to your cable feed in your room, however you will have to purchase another IP address from your internet service provider which will increase your bill (probably another $5 a month depending on your ISP). Or you could buy a long CAT-5 ethernet cable and run it from your router to your XBOX (bad idea). If you really want to run the cable, then it’s best to run it through your wall, but boy is that a pain in the butt.
