Do I need to buy Adobe GoLive or Adobe Dreamweaver to design my site?
Yes and no. If the Office of Marketing and Communication designs your Web site, you’ll be using Adobe Contribute for site maintenance, photo insertion, page creation and a variety of other Web publishing functions. If you design your site on your own, either Adobe Dreamweaver or Adobe GoLive can be used. Keep in mind, however, that both products are professional Web authoring tools and can have a steep learning curve for novice users or staff with limited computer training.
