Do I need to be fit to come to Booty Camp?
You definently don’t need to be fit before you start but we absoloutely insist you leave us fitter than you came to us – so it’s just as well 100% of our clients are fitter at the end of a course than they are at the start (we know because we measure). Booty Camp is designed to cater to all fitness levels and in any class we have a mix of Gym Junkies and Gym Avoiders – the trainers are experts at making sure everyone in the class is challenged to their max whilst doing the same types of exercises (just tailored to you). At the start of every course the trainer does a fitness assessment so they know what you are capable of achieving and you can see how much you have improved at the end. We do not expect you to be fit at the start of Booty Camp – its our mission to get you there.
