No previous experience is necessary, a dedicated team of expert instructors will be there to talk you through the basics of abseiling, including how to control the speed of your descent. You will be provided with all the abseil equipment necessary, all you need to bring on the day is comfortable clothing, sensible footwear and perhaps a few friends and family to cheer you on!
