No, the SyncNotes Client is completely functional in an offline environment; however you will not be able to synchronize your notes with your SyncNotes Online account until you connect to the Internet. Note: You need to be connected to the Internet to complete the first time setup of the SyncNotes Client. This is when the SyncNotes Client determines and validates your SyncNotes Online account credentials.
