Do I need to be admitted to the bar of the state in which the Cadwalader office is located?
If you are not admitted to the bar of the jurisdiction in which your office is located prior to being hired by the Firm, you must promptly take all steps necessary to take the bar exam and become admitted in that jurisdiction. You may take two weeks of paid leave time (in addition to vacation days) to study for the exam. Cadwalader will reimburse all fees associated with taking the bar and the preparatory courses.
