No. U.S. Soccer SC members, however, will be entitled to priority status for the allotment of 2010 FIFA World Cup tickets made available to USSF by FIFA. Therefore, if the tickets requested by U.S. Soccer SC members equals or exceeds the number of tickets made available to USSF by FIFA, then all such tickets will be allotted to U.S. Soccer SC members. If there are any tickets left after meeting all requests of U.S. Soccer SC members, remaining tickets will be sold by random lottery among non-members.
