No. Any office students version offers only the core Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint), and it also lets you install it on up to three PC without having to buy extra licenses. It’s cheaper. Then, what’s the catch? It doesn’t offers the opportunity to buy an upgrade option for future versions, this means: you can do UPDATES to the software but not UPGRADES to newer versions, so if you want let’s say Office 2007, you would have to buy the FULL version ($$$) instead of the UPGRADE version ($$) TIP: If you are going to buy a Office XP Student edition, compare the prices with the Office 2007 Student edition, I think that 2007 is cheaper that XP.
