Do I need to adapt to the ShoePlate PRO?
Your body will adapt over time to changes in your rigging or how you are set up. This will be the same with the ShoePlate PRO. The length of adaptation will vary depending on your training load, technique, the extent of changes you have made, and other individual factors. We have found that generally, an athlete adapts to the ShoePlate PRO within 1-2 weeks of beginning use; that is, the athlete no longer feels any discernable muscle fatigue or feeling of ‘difference’ in his or her set-up.
