Do I need the Extreme Shock Battery End Cap “GS” (ESBECGS) for my Firenock “G” Series?

If you will be using your Firenock for video dart shooting or to shoot at hard surfaces like concrete blocks, the ESBECGS is a must. You absolutely need the ESBECGS for video screen-shooting. This activity is one of the most punishing activities that you can do to a lighted nock of this design. The constant pounding of the arrow into the screen and the arrow dropping to the floor will damage the poly carbonate nock, circuit board, and battery. If you enjoy these archery activities, you must use the ESBECGS. From our field tests, the Firenock “G” system will not fail when the ESBECGS is installed. The “G” system will survive a few dart league sessions.
