If you have an immediate need that cannot wait for a custom-built transformer, you can de-rate a standard transformer. For each 10 C above 30C, de-rate the maximum loading by 4% (30C = 100% ; 40 C = 96%; 50 C = 92% ; 60 C = 88% ).
