Do i need planning permission conservatory?

Phone your local planning office, ask to speak to one of the officers and put the question to them first. They will then give you the correct answer for your area. Sometimes it will depend if the building has already been added to, if so then you may need planning. Or you may just need building regs, but find out before you start any work. You could go on the Council planning pages and look to see if there are any other applications for conservatories. Or if you have an idea which building firm you are going to use (but you should get 3 quotes anyway) they may be able to give you an idea. But I would check with the people who know, the planners.
