Only small changes in the telephone service will be made. CallWave users will need to add the “call forwarding on busy” feature at a cost of about $1.50 per month. This feature will forwards incoming calls to the toll free number your line is busy. CallWave will set this up for you when you download the software if your telephone company is listed on their site.
