Yes. You need a minimum US$5 on your account. If you have less than US$5 on your account and attempt to send a faxmail it will bounce. If you have more than US$5 on your account and the cost of sending a faxmail is more than your account balance your faxmail will still be sent. Your account balance will go into negative balance. Next time you recharge your account you need to bring your account into a zero or positive balance.
