Do i need creatine and Glutamine in my diet to gain muscle mass?
For most people (I think the studies show about 80%), creatine will help. But it’s no magic. It’s not like steroids – it isn’t going to make you far bigger than you would be without it. The best things for betting big are a) lifting heavy and b) eating a ton of good food. I find creatine helps with recovery and so I can workout longer/more frequently. That alone helps (since muscles actually grow during recovery, not during the lifting itself). And the good news is that creatine is totally safe and legal. And it’s really cheap. So try it and see. And just stick with basic creatine monohydrate. No need to pay for any “special” kind of creatine because the scientific studies show nothing works better than the basic creatine monohydrate.
