No, your Capitol Broadband High-Speed Wireless Internet service does not require cable or a telephone line. There is no “dialing in”. If you currently have an extra line in your home so you may dial into the Internet, now is the time to unhook it and save yourself some money. Your home or apartment must be in an area where service is available. Capitol Broadband must deploy antennas near your residence for the service to be made available.
