Do I need bottom paint my Slider or Wheely Dock?

A. It is optional. Barnacles, grass, and slime growing on the underside of your watercraft dock will not hurt or affect the use of your watercraft float but they are unsightly. The use of ePaint SunWave bottom paint provides a hard but ablative film that resists barnacles and is designed to be maintenance scrubbed to easily remove growth. Using ePaint EP-2000, which is antifouling paint, sticks to Sunwave but NOT PLASTIC and does an excellent job preventing barnacle and plant growth. Both products are also environmentally preferred. These are the ONLY products we found to be effective with our polyethylene floats.
