Do I need any third-party software to use the SmartECart?
To take credit card orders with SmartECart, you will need to download and install PGP on your home computer and upload your PGP public key to the server (note: info. on where to obtain PGP is included in the manual, built-in to SmartECart). SmartECart will not store credit card numbers if a PGP public key is not uploaded to the server. You may need to purchase a PGP commercial-use license. For real-time credit card processing you will need to purchase a merchant account from a merchant service provider and Internet payment gateway account with AuthorizeNet.
