The Acrobat eBook Reader runs on any laptop or desktop PC running Windows 98, Windows ME, Windows NT 4.0, or Windows 2000 and on Macintosh computers running Mac OS 9.x or later but unfortunately Mac OS X is not yet supported in either Classic or native mode. There’s no need to buy any special hardware to read eBooks.
