No… All you need is a phone that can dial a TOLL FREE number to record your calls. You will need access to the Internet in order to playback, retrieve, email and manage your recordings. If your computer does not have QuickTime (iTunes) or Windows Media Player (PCs) already installed, you can download for free from the RecordMyCalls homepage.
