• No, Dmailer is completely independent. It also means that if you have synchronized Outlook®, Outlook® Express or Windows Mail data and use Dmailer Sync on a visiting PC you can send and receive email even Outlook®, Outlook® Express or Windows Mail isn’t preinstalled !
